Ink-Test Pro

The Ink-Test PRO is a new generation of dye penetration tests for routine testing of seal integrity as per ISO 11607-1 and ASTM F1929. Any irregularities that occur (e.g channels) are immediately visible after 'push and pop' the single use cartridge. With InkTest PRO the complete pack integrity can be tested. No eyedroppers, syringes or other tools are
needed to inject the dye penetrant into the sterile barrier system. There is no risk of the test liquid dripping or transferring onto other objects on your workstation or your clothes and skin. The Ink-Test PRO comes in packaging designed especially for ease of use (30 x) with the aluminum packaging ensuring that the ink is protected from sunlight.

Procedure:
1. Switch on the sealing device and wait until the operating temperature is reached and switch to test mode if possible.
2. Seal one side when using reels
3. Place the disposable ink cartridge in the pouch and seal the fourth side.
4. Press on the ink cartridge so that the ink can escape.
5. Turn the bag so that the ink is distributed over all 4 sides. After 5 seconds per side, visually check that the sealed seam is intact. Seal leaks in the sealing seam 
(e.g. channels) become apparent as the ink visibly penetrates in the sealed seam.
